This is the SIMPLEST and one of the most DELICIOUS desserts EVER.
Say WHAT?
And Yup, it’s good for you too! Totally rich in antioxidants. That means less inflammation. And it supports natural detoxification.
You can eat it if you’re vegan, paleo, gluten free, dairy free, or just jonesing for a good dessert and don’t want any added sugar.
Here are the ingredients:
- 6 pints mixed fresh berries (I used black-, blue- and strawberries — cut the latter in quarters)
- 2 bars 72% or more dark chocolate, chopped into small bits (ok, you can use cacao nibs if you’re hard core pale)
- 1 bunch fresh mint, chopped
And here’s whatcha’ do to make it:
- Mix in a bowl. Serve. Seriously, that’s it.
I have to reprise this yumminess several nights each week in the summer for my grown kids and their pals, who can’t get enough of the stuff!
